“Aiden and the entire team at Red Jack Restoration were phenomenal from start to finish. This basement project had become a nightmare before I found them. I had what felt like 50 contractors come look at it, with everything from aggressive upselling and quotes over $30,000 for a relatively simple finish project, to contractors ghosting me. By the time I found Red Jack, I was ready to give up and DIY the whole thing. Aiden changed that. He was actually about 15 minutes late to our initial appointment, but he communicated that he was running behind and arrived when he said he would. That may sound like a small thing, but after dealing with so many contractors who simply didn’t communicate, it immediately stood out. He listened to what I wanted, didn’t try to upsell me, and provided an incredibly detailed 5 page quote exactly when he said he would. When I had questions about the proposal, he answered them directly and without any defensiveness. I hired him right away. Throughout the project, Aiden handled the communication, supplies, coordination, and regularly checked on the work. His team was fantastic. Dean and Chris with Servant Electric handled the electrical work. Dean was honest, knowledgeable, and committed to doing things the right way at a fair price. I was so impressed that I hired him for a separate electrical project as well. Preston was on-site every day for 10 days and had an incredible work ethic and attention to detail. He was polite, respectful, and cleaned up after himself every day. There were a couple of minor hiccups, including a damaged door frame that was delivered, but Aiden and Preston handled everything without making it my problem. The basement turned out beautifully, and I couldn’t be happier with the finished project. If you want honest, hardworking people who communicate, take pride in their work, and take the stress out of a home project, I highly recommend Aiden and Red Jack Restoration.
